From Brokenness to Breakthrough

My Story

My story begins in brokenness—but it doesn’t end there. I grew up in a home touched by trauma, addiction, and uncertainty. Through loneliness and hardship, I turned to creativity: crayons, books, and eventually art. It became a language of healing for me.

I learned to see the world differently through the mentors God placed in my life—especially through a woman named Sandi, who showed me love, stability, and the strength of faith. Her presence changed the course of my life and showed me what it means to live with intention, gratitude, and purpose.

After the loss of both of my parents, I encountered Jesus in a real way. In my brokenness, He met me with love. Faith didn’t erase the pain—but it gave me purpose. God turned my grief into compassion, my fear into peace, and my sorrow into service.

That journey of healing and gratitude inspired Treasured and Loved. It’s more than a store—it’s a reflection of how God can use our pain to create beauty, to help others feel seen, known, and deeply loved.

Why Gratitude? I once shared a message that captured this heart: Gratitude isn't just saying "thank you" for the good—it's finding joy in the middle of the storm. Like the leaves that fall in autumn, even our broken seasons hold the promise of new growth.

Gratitude is a muscle we flex when we love others, when we write down our prayers, when we take time to reflect. It changes our perspective and deepens our peace.
